PeBeKa among Polish largest companies

PeBeKa once again found itself among the largest and most valuable Polish businesses according to business rankings prepared by the Rzeczpospolita daily.

Having generated in 2013 sales revenue of PLN 503 536 thousand, the Lubin-based company ranked 439th on the list of 500 largest business entities, which was up by 61 places in  comparison to the previous ranking edition. During the financial year, PeBeKa's sales revenue grew by 8.22 per cent – hence the distinctive rise in the ranking. The Rzeczpospolita 500 list is prepared based on financial results contained in the Central Statistical Office's report for the previous year.

In another Rzeczpospolita ranking - the list of 500 companies having the highest market value - PeBeKa was classified higher than in the previous year. The daily's exerts estimated the Lubin company's value at PLN 447 million, as a result of which PeBeKa ranked 301st. Compared to place 439 in the last year's ranking of most valuable companies, this means a significant rise. The market value of the companies in this ranking is calculated based on the sales details, book value and EBITDA (operating profit plus depreciation and amortisation).

The rise in both Rzeczpospolita 500 rankings proves company's dynamic development and its consistently improving financial results.
